Baseball Year Calendar Fundraiser
Exciting Baseball Year Ahead!
We're thrilled to announce the "Calendar Fundraiser" for an amazing year of baseball.
Each player's parent will receive instructions in an envelope, including a digital payment option via VENMO, to support our efforts in keeping participation fees low, upgrading equipment, and enhancing our facilities.
The TOP 3 fundraisers will be rewarded with 4 Tampa Bay Rays home game tickets and $100 each!
DIRECTIONS
The goal of this fundraiser is to sell all the individual dates (or combinations of) on your calendar. For example, if a grandmother wants to “buy” the 30th of March, she can tell you and then either pay you directly or send the amount via VENMO. Now, if a grandfather wants to support the player and wishes to “buy” the 30th, you can offer him the 25th and 5th instead, and so on. We have provided an envelope with a space to write your player's information on it to keep the monies in.
- We suggest posting the digital calendar from our website on your social media platforms. A digital link is available on our website and Facebook page.
- As you sell a date, cross that date off and repost the calendar. This helps to keep track of sales, whether they are paying online or directly to you.
- When you’re finished, hand in the envelope on one of the following dates: 3/30, 4/3, 4/6. If these dates do not work for you, please text Kathy at 941-412-6405, and she will arrange to meet you at another time.
